Behind VietGo Travels is a team of experienced professionals with backgrounds spanning hospitality, tourism, marketing, operations, and international group management. Their combined industry experience provides the expertise behind how we design, coordinate, and deliver travel experiences across Vietnam.

Leading VietGo Travels is Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huyen, our Founder, who brings more than 20 years of experience in hotel operations, customer service, and business management. She is also the founder and owner of several hospitality, tourism, and service brands, including Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa, Ja Cosmo Premier Hotel, Ja Costa Hostel, Ja Clinic, and VietGo Travels.

Bringing an international perspective to our strategic direction, Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam, our Strategic Advisor, has more than 15 years of experience in Tourism and Marketing. He holds a Master’s in Tourism & Marketing from Bournemouth University and has served as Regional Director for loyalty programs within the JW Marriott, Sheraton, and Accor Plus networks, as well as worked in process management and project coordination at MWH Global.

On the operational side, Mr. Pham Thanh Hung, CEO of VietGo Travels, has more than five years of experience in the hotel and travel industry. His background spans operations, guest relations, and service development, giving him hands-on knowledge of operational workflows and traveler expectations.

Meanwhile, Mr. Tran Trung Kien, our Sales Director, brings more than eight years of experience in tourism, having begun his career as a professional tour guide. His experience organizing, coordinating, and leading international groups has given him a strong understanding of foreign traveler preferences and the ability to create memorable travel experiences.

Together, our team brings complementary expertise from different areas of the travel and hospitality industry. This combination allows us to approach every journey with both professional knowledge and a practical understanding of what travelers need.
